Feeding Guide
Add Thrive® Fortify as per label to meet the National Research Council (NRC) Nutrient Requirement for Dogs and Cats. Thrive® Fortify is a blend of essential minerals, vitamins, healthy fats, various greens and digestive enzymes and is formulated specifically to augment Big Country Raw® Pure Formula and Signature Blend recipes.
Add Thrive® Herring Oil (the popular choice) or alternatively Thrive® Hemp Seed Oil (plant-based option) for Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Omega-3 Fatty Acids may improve the shine and luster of the coat, reduce inflammation and aid in the absorption and distribution of essential nutrients.
SAFE RAW FOOD HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Keep food frozen and thaw in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Raw food must be used within 3 days after thawing
- Return unused food back to the refrigerator after serving.
- Serve in stainless steel or ceramic dishes.
- Wash all work surfaces, utensils, serving spoons and hands with hot water & soap after handling raw meat & poultry.

Our favourite mix! Lean turkey meat, mixed with tasty tripe is a favourite for our 2 dogs. Mixing two proteins allows us to get a mix of flavours and nutrients!

Our favourite mix! Lean turkey and tasty tripe is a favourite for my dogs. Since it contains beef tripe & organs, we get the nutrients from 2 protein sources. Definitely a great mix to add to your rotation!

Country Blend has been a lifesaver for our cat! Transitioning him to raw was no easy feat but the country blend has him raving! Since he loved it so much we started introducing new proteins mixed in with it and it worked! He has now a healthy 100% raw fed cat for over a year! The difference in litter smell is life changing!

My mini doodle is a picky eater – but this blend got the Win! Pretty sure he has an allergy to chicken, but since switching to raw he’s had no tummy upsets at all, his poop is little nuggets and he’s stopped shewing at his ankles on his front paws completely to let the curls grow back! Thanks.
