Loyalty goes both ways – We offer a frequent buyer program for purchases made in-store at participating retailers. Buy 12 Get One Free! Ask your local Big Country Raw retailer if they take part in our loyalty program. Available in-store only.
We offer a loyalty program for the following items:

Loyalty Program Details:
- Free product will be awarded upon or after 12th product purchase.
- Purchases must be completed within 14 months of 1st product purchase.
- Free product value is based on the lowest selling price of participating products.
- The entitlement to free product has no cash value.
- Trial sizes/free product received as part of promotions or contests are not eligible.
- Returned purchases will be deducted from your product total.
- Frequent Buyer Cards are kept at your preferred retailer and cannot be combined with other locations.

Big Country Raw reserves the right to amend or modify the Frequent Buyer program at any time and in any way (including our right to discontinue). Big Country Raw reserves the right to cancel your participation in the Frequent Buyer program in the event of fraud, abuse of privileges, or violation of terms and conditions

Interested in trying Big Country Raw? Try us risk-free. We are always happy to provide a free 1 lb sample of our products. Simply ask for one at your local Big Country Raw retailer!

Free Sample Terms and Conditions
Sample selection may be limited in-store and is not guaranteed. Customers are limited to two (2)
samples per household. Each sample is llb portion in a vacuum-sealed pack (except Fare Game -lb and Cookhouse – 750 g). Our sample program is for the purpose of providing new customers with the opportunity to trial their pet(s) on Big Country Raw. It is not intended as a food trial for food intolerances or sensitivities. For this reason, novel proteins such as Rabbit, Kangaroo, and Bison are not included in our sample program. We do however always offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all recipes. Try us risk-free!
